All of our rentals are at Sunchase IV Condominiums one of the finest luxury beachfront condominiums on South Padre Island. It offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Laguna Madre Bay stateoftheart amenities and a great location. All of our twostory condos are recently remodeled tastefully furnished and include washers and dryers. Our unique floor plans include balconies facing both the gulf and the bay. In addition to the individual units Sunchase IV has completed extensive remodeling in the last eighteen months making it one of the premier resorts on South Padre Island.
