    Dining  From savory Southwestern fare to gourmet cowboy cuisine, dining at Lajitas is a sensory experience designed to satisfy our guests' appetite for life as well as their appreciation for fine foods. *** June 11th, 2007 to August 5th, 2007: The Candelilla Cafe is closed for annual deep cleaning maintenance. The breakfast and lunch menus are being served in the Ocotillo (the fine dining outlet). Dinner in the Ocotillo will be the regular menu with lighter items like burgers available for guests who prefer the lower cost Cafe fare. *** June 11th, 2007 to July 2nd, 2007: The Thirsty Goat Saloon will be closed for annual deep cleaning maintenance. The Ocotillo bar will be the same hours as the Thirsty Goat providing guests access to beverages and entertainment. *** August 5th, 2007 to August 28th, 2007: The Ocotillo will be closed for annual deep cleaning maintenance. During this time, Ocotillo fine dining specials will be offered in the Candelilla along with the regular Cafe menu. *** Every effort is being made to minimize any impact on our guests who are given the information at check in.
