Duster, Texas

by David Knape

There are those
who cussed her,
talked poorly
of Duster,
it just couldn't manage
any semblance of luster,
so she disappeared
no one since has discussed her,
except for this here
there aint' no more Duster.

* There actually was a town called Duster. Got up to 50 people at one time. The people all left, the dust still there.
