WHERE THERE ARE CZECHS

by David Knape
Where there are Czechs
you naturally expect,
laughter and fun
when they collect

Where there are Czechs
music and food connect,
and all the beer bottles
have long necks

Wherever Czechs gather
it has this effect,
singing and dancing
on any pretext

And one can always expect
where there are Czechs,
lots of Kolaches
and a happy Czech Fest!
