The Naming of Chili

One of our researchers recently came upon several lists of chili recipes. The names alone provide entertainment value - even before preparation is attempted. Since the lists were long and readers are sometimes impatient, we culled redundant recipes and categorized those that remained under ten headings.

Readers intrigued by the names can find the various recipes through a Google search. Texas Escapes does not endorse any chili and advises readers who eat chili to eat responsibly. TE takes no responsibility for anything readers put in their mouths.
