History on a Pinhead

Little is known of the earlier history of Mungerville – or even if there was an earlier history. First reports are from 1947 when two businesses and a school were reported. The population that year was seventy – which may have been a peak. It soon disappeared from maps – although the 2000 census counted twenty residents.
