diminutive balcony sits over the rear entrance of the courtroom. In
this picture, you can see part of the metal pressed ceiling (and also
the photographer's brother.)"

striking stained glass window of "Justice" is in the stairwell on
the west side of the building. Her blindfold appears when there is
no light shining through."
