Cruse of The Woodlands shares his extensive photo and postcard collection.
Raised in tiny but extremely charming San Benito, where his father
and uncle ran a flying service from the mid 40s through the mid 80s
Steve says that he was ten years old before he realized that not everyone's
father was a pilot. The Cruse Collection spans the entire Gulf Coast
from Florida to Mexico and the Rio Grande River from Colorado to Boca
Chica. Special emphasis is on Corpus Christi, Galveston and (of course)
San Benito. |
